About

Nice to meet
you!

My name is Harry, and I’m a certified personal trainer as well as an online fitness coach, originally from Finland.

MY STORY

My fitness journey began in 2010 when I went to the gym for the first time with a friend. From that very first workout, training became a meaningful hobby that eventually grew into a lifestyle. It has shaped me into the person I am today and helped me build a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling life.

I have spent nearly two decades in the world of bodybuilding and fitness, and I strongly believe that real expertise is built through practical experience in the gym, not just through theory. I started my professional education in the fitness industry in 2019, and since then I have worked with more than 200 clients alongside my full-time job.

To strengthen my expertise, I became a certified Personal Trainer in Australia at one of the country’s highest-quality training institutions. Over the years, I have trained in more than 100 gyms around the world, gaining valuable practical experience and a broad understanding of the global fitness industry.

Having witnessed different eras of gym culture, from old-school bodybuilding to today’s social media-driven fitness trends, I have learned to separate proven methods from temporary hype. This applies to training, bodybuilding, recovery, nutrition, and performance.

Today, I have turned my passion into my profession. I use everything I have learned over the years to help people transform their bodies and improve their performance through structured, intelligent, and sustainable coaching delivered to the highest possible standard.

My philosophy

01
STICK TO BASICS, FOR FASTER RESULTS

Every time I’ve tried some hyped training method or a questionable way of doing things, my progress has slowed down. There’s no need to reinvent the wheel, and I’ve always ended up going back to the familiar methods that are proven to be the most effective.

02
PRACTICALITY BEFORE SCIENCE
Science and research shouldn’t be completely ignored, but practicality is what ultimately determines what actually works in real life. The perfect program on paper means nothing if it can’t be followed consistently in everyday life. The best results come when scientific principles and practical execution support each other.
03
THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX
“Well, this is how it’s always been done” is not a mindset that leads to sustainable progress. In both my own training and my clients’ training, I’ve always aimed to find smarter ways to apply proven fundamentals in a more effective, enjoyable, and individualized way. Real progress often comes from improving the execution of the basics, not replacing them with hype or unnecessary complexity.
04
MAKE IT ENJOYABLE!
If you try to optimize every single detail of your training to perfection and stop enjoying what you’re doing, it can lead to a vicious cycle that may eventually result in burnout and an indefinite break from training. Training needs to be meaningful and enjoyable, because when it is, it becomes sustainable long-term work that keeps moving you forward.
Common questions

Working with Harry.

Online coaching is 199 € per month for 6 months or 995 € paid upfront.

With upfront payment, you save the cost of one month.

As an online coaching client, we primarily stay in contact via WhatsApp, as feedback has shown it to be the most efficient solution for smooth communication and sharing/storing media. Progress tracking is done through a mobile app, where we have every week a check-in to go through the past period, including progress, successes, concerns, and any possible adjustments.

Yes, you can. As an online coach, I am literally “in your phone.” However, I am not an AI, so I do need to sleep at some point during the day. That said, I am available on my phone for 80–90% of my waking hours. If there are any temporary times when I’m not available, I will let you know in advance.

It varies depending on your goals, but on average you will train at the gym 3-4 times per week. The duration of a single session, from warm-up to leaving the gym, is about 1-2 hours.

We all have 24 hours in a day. It’s about priorities and how we choose to use our time. If you’re willing to dedicate 4–8% of your day to training, then welcome to the winners’ circle!

To be able to achieve great and sustainable results one week or even a month is not enough. Based on longevity, realism and the chance of being able to get real results the length of online coaching is 6 months.

Yes, they are. Excluding pre-made gym plans, other programs are always tailored to you and to your goals and lifestyle.

In my coaching, a wide variety of food sources are used to support health, performance, and overall wellbeing.

I am not specialized in vegan nutrition or vegan meal planning, so if your diet is vegan-based, I am not the right coach for you.

Ready-made programs are designed for trainees of all levels who want to follow clear, structured instructions independently. My services include suitable programs for beginners, as well as for more experienced trainees who want to challenge themselves in fitness.

If your needs and goals are more complex and require not only independent work but also ongoing progress tracking and guidance, I recommend my online coaching program.

My coaching is primarily based on gym training, and the programs are designed for a gym environment to achieve the best possible results.

This does not change the fact that I am also competent to design a tailored home workout program for you, as I also trained at home for several years in the early stages before entering the gym.

Yes. My coaching is based on individualized programming, nutrition guidance, and sustainable habit building, which applies regardless of gender. The same principles of training, progression, effort, and consistency work for everyone, and the programs are always tailored to each client’s goals and needs.

I offer coaching in two languages:

English (full professional proficiency)

Finnish (native)
